What the agreement covers
1. Scope of services: market and product selection, export pricing, digital footprint, verified buyer database, multilingual outreach, buyer meetings, negotiation, samples, compliance advisory, documentation, freight, customs and payment follow-up.
2. Your company, your IEC: every shipment goes out in your name. JB Experts is never the exporter of record.
3. The 10x Export Turnover Commitment: JB Experts commits to export revenue of at least ten times the service fee within the 24-month term, with a cure period of up to 7 more months at no extra fee if the target is not reached.
4. Service fee and milestones: Rs 20 lakh (Agro) or Rs 30 lakh (Non-Agro) plus GST, paid 50% on signing, 30% on full realisation of the first export order, and 20% when cumulative export revenue crosses Rs 50 lakh.
5. Success fee: nothing on the first Rs 2 crore (Agro) or Rs 3 crore (Non-Agro). After that, 2% or 3% of each order closed through the JB channel.
6. Pre-existing buyers stay yours: declared buyers are fully excluded from fees, targets and restrictions.
7. Clean break: at the end of the term every buyer relationship belongs to you outright, with only a 90-day pipeline rule for deals already under negotiation.
8. IP, confidentiality, non-circumvention, liability, termination, force majeure, governing law and dispute resolution, plus Schedules A to D (services, products, fee milestones and the revenue worksheet).
